Clear and transparent NDIS pricing
Complex Support Coordination charges for NDIS funded services in accordance with the applicable NDIS Pricing Schedule and the participant’s service agreement.
Fees are discussed before services commence so that participants understand the services being provided and the charges that apply.
Current Fees
Current standard rates include:
Specialist Support Coordination
$190.54 per hour
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching – Weekday Daytime
$110.44 per hour
Other NDIS funded services are charged at the applicable rate for the support provided.
Some NDIS supports have different price limits depending on the type of service, the time or day on which the service is delivered, and other applicable NDIS pricing arrangements.
Current rates are based on the NDIS Pricing Schedule effective from 1 July 2026. NDIS pricing may change from time to time.
Service Agreements and Changes to Fees
The services to be provided, applicable rates and relevant charging arrangements are set out in the participant’s service agreement.
If applicable NDIS pricing changes, they will be discussed with the participant before the new rate is applied.
How Services Are Charged
Participants are charged for services provided in accordance with their agreed service agreement and applicable NDIS requirements.
Depending on the service, applicable charges may include face-to-face services, non-face-to-face work, reports, provider travel, mileage or other claimable activities where permitted under NDIS pricing arrangements and agreed with the participant.
Invoices identify the services provided and the charges applied.
Payment arrangements depend on how the participant’s NDIS funding is managed.
