Who are my clients?

The clients I work with have NDIS plans. They are called ‘participants’ in NDIS language.

Who pays me?

The participants do not pay anything out-of-pocket to me, there is no cost to them personally. The NDIS pays me for actual services rendered from the participants NDIS plans.

What do I charge?

I charge the NDIS for my services according to the price limits in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Charges for services are regularly updated by NDIS. Please refer to the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements for detailed and updated info.

How do I charge?

1. I charge for the service the participant hires me for. E.g. Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, etc.

2. I detail all fees charged in my communications with my clients. I’m committed to transparency, integrity and value in my work.
