NDIS funded Services
Complex Support Coordination provides NDIS funded services in Western Australia, with particular experience supporting people whose circumstances involve disability, health, mental health and multiple service systems.
Services are considered individually and provided where they are appropriate to the participant’s circumstances, goals and NDIS plan, and within the professional scope of the practice.
Specialist Support Coordination
Specialist Support Coordination provides a higher level of support for participants whose circumstances are particularly complex.
It may involve identifying and addressing barriers to supports, coordinating across NDIS, health, mental health and mainstream services, managing complexity, and helping establish appropriate and sustainable support arrangements.
The participant’s choices, preferences and goals remain central to the work.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching provides recovery-oriented support for NDIS participants with psychosocial disability.
Support may include building capacity and resilience, organising and coordinating supports, strengthening choice and control, connecting with health, mental health and community services, and supporting greater independence and participation.
The approach is individual and based on the participant’s circumstances, strengths, preferences and goals.
Other NDIS-Funded Services
Complex Support Coordination may also provide other NDIS-funded services where these are appropriate to the participant’s individual circumstances and goals, consistent with their NDIS plan and funding, and within the scope of the practice.

Choice and Individualised Support
Participants remain free to choose the providers and services that best meet their needs and preferences.
Where Complex Support Coordination provides more than one NDIS funded service to the same participant, the different services are clearly identified and the participant remains free to use another provider for any service. Any relevant actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest is disclosed and managed in accordance with the practice’s Conflict of Interest policy.
Services are provided with an emphasis on clear communication, informed choice and respect for the participant’s goals and decisions.
