About Me

My formal name is Asim but all my friends call me Sam. I’m an award winning allied health professional who increases your ability to live the life you want. I do this by getting the NDIS to work for you. I learnt how to get tangible results from the NDIS after struggling for many years trying to get disability supports for my brother Waris that actually improved his life.

What happened

Waris has complex supports needs – he was born deaf and lives with severe anxiety and schizophrenia. He also has complex health issues. Like you, my family and I got bounced around between endless disability services and professionals. We struggled to make ourselves heard by professionals who weren’t responsive or focused on the big picture - letting Waris choose and control supports that improved the quality of his life. It was always about processes and availability. Not on what Waris wanted or needed for a good life.

What I did

Most people lack understanding of how professionals operate and limit their interaction to what’s necessary. I did the opposite of what most people do. I signed up for a Masters and became became an allied health professional myself. I learnt the language of professionals, how they think and most importantly - how to get them to listen. Driven by my personal experience, I also learnt how to stand up for people with disabilities, re-imagine what’s possible, and never take no for an answer from services.

What I do now

Since then I’ve helped people like you, live the life they actually want. I even share my Pro Skills with you so you can benefit from my journey and get effective NDIS outcomes to live the life you want.
