Individualised Living Options (ILO)

ILO is a NDIS support which lets you choose the home you live in and set up supports in a way that works for you. There are many choices with ILO.

ILO lets you:

  • Choose how you want to live (apartment, house, etc.)

  • Choose where you want to live (area)

  • Choose who you want to live with (friends, housemates, host family, support person, alone, etc.)

Examples of ILO

  • Live with friends

    You can live with your friends (with or without a disability).

  • Live with host family

    You can live with a host family or host person (unrelated to you).

  • Live with housemates

    You can live with housemates (with or without a disability).

  • Live by yourself

    You can live by yourself with drop in support.

  • Live with primary support person

    You can live with your primary support person.

  • Live with NDIS participant

    You can live with another NDIS participant.
